:: Look good, feel good ::

Waiting to get rid of the old denim lying at the bottom of a heap of clothes in your wardrobe? Well, here’s your chance with Miss Sixty and Energie Malaysia’s "Look Good, Feel Good" denim charity campaign.
Realising the long-lasting power of a pair of denim, the world renowned denim specialist invites you to donate a pair of jeans that you no longer use to be sent to orphanages and safe houses.

Jeans donated must be in good and wearable condition and be cleaned beforehand.

As a reward for your act of kindness, they are offering a RM300 voucher redeemable against any new pair of regular priced jeans in their store. So, you are actually doing charity and benefitting from it at the same time.

Present at the recent get-together in the Miss Sixty store in Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur were celebrities (pix above, from left) Bernie Chan, Will Quah and Ning Baizura.

Chan said she likes the whole idea of the charity campaign incorporating fashion.

"Fashion has a lot to give back and through this get-together, those present will also learn more about Miss Sixty designs," said Chan.

Donations will be collected from now until the end of May 2009 and will then be sent to the new owners.

The jeans can be dropped at the following boutiques in the Klang Valley: Miss Sixty at Suria KLCC and The Gardens, and Energie at The Gardens. – Kristene Silva Marie
